I’ve been going to Pine Street Dental for the past little bit now, and I can officially say it’s the best choice if you are a current Brock University student. The staff are kind, welcoming, and patient. They understand the pressures of being a student while also trying to take care of yourself. Again, I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service and awesome dentist! Two of my family members had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lee, and I was not disappointed at all. I found him to be as kind, patient, non-discriminatory and non-judgemental as they described. There were no awkward questions about whether or not I brush my teeth or similar condescending questions other dentists ask; he was more concerned about solutions. I look forward to my next appointment.

Highway recommender!! I started going there last year and I won’t be going anywhere else. Very relaxed and professional environment. They take time to know their client. I had called to book an appointment after I had been in there for a tooth removal, the receptionist asked me how I was feeling feeling though she didn’t have to. Doctor made a mistake on one of my fillings; had to spend more time and get more anesthesia, they overbilled me by charging for 2020 instead of 2021, and the young girl at the front makes check in/out super awkward. No basic customer service skills. Made me ask about all my bills and next appointments.

My family switched Dentists a few years back when Dr. Lee came to Thorold. Dr. Lee and his staff are extremely accommodating with our busy schedules. I am a nervous patient and Dr. Lee takes the time to explain things and does not rush through the process. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out right in the office with no issues at all. Dr. Lee has a very compassionate attitude and made my daughter feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Pine Dental to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

Dr.Lee is the best is Niagara absolutely guaranteed. He has done 3 major surgeries now over the past 6 years, i would argue he is one of the best practicing Dentists in all of Canada. This guy is for real, he is a complete 10, from everything - dealing with someone who is scared for any reason will always have you calm, looks at you and listens while you are talking to him, this man has taken now 8 teeth out of mt mouth, + fillings and a root canal. Nobody does better work and cares more. He is a gentle giant. Felt like the 3 teeth he pulled just yesterday were out in minutes, and not minutes for 1, minutes for all 3. He is the best!!!!
